Account frozen without informing

I have contacted the customer service on Telegram, they told me first that my account is not frozen, so, I tried to withdraw. After 1 week waiting for the approval, I have contacted them again and then, they told me to talk to my personal customer service (a girl). That girl told me again I have to recharge 50% to withdraw. I have answer that the customer service told me my account is not frozen, so I will not recharge. Then the girl told me I have to wait. Why did she tell me 2 differents things, how can they treat clients like this ? This is the worst customer service, a big scam.

I registered on this broker in decembre 2021. I have a certified account after identity check.
I did few deposit on this broker in december 2021 (around 6k€), for trading on the MT5 platform. I had a first successful withdraw of 150€.
Due to health issues, I wasn't active in january 2022 and I came back in february. I opened few successful trades, my account seemed to be normal, and I reach 8,5k€.
At the end of february, I tried to withdraw only 200€ for a personal need, and I had an e-mail saying the withdraw has failed because, for safety, my account has been frozen due to long inactivity, and they asked me to recharge 50% of my initial funds in order to defrost my account.
My account has been frozen without I was informed by a notification. Plus, I asked customer service to show me where this freezing rule is writtent, they can't show me any policy.
I'm affraid I lost my 8,5k€, I found this broker on MT5 and I thought it was a legit one.

I have contacted customer service again, they told me my account isn't frozen. I tried to withdraw again, the review is still processing. I'll come back to update the situation. Thank you all for your help, let's wait for the customer service's answer.

It is so sad how everybody keep falling for this scammers tick, I was also a victim and it could hav been worse for me if I had not acted fast. If you have already fallen for their scam w h a t s a p p me on + ****** and I will show you how I got everything I lost to them back.

This is a scammer, stop topping up your account and just call the police. And don't believe the "recovery scam" in the comment.
MT5 is just a financial trading software. It has nothing to do with whether the broker is legitimate or not.

Because this broker has been established for a very short time, it is not regulated. And your account is frozen when request a withdrawal, then asked you to pay a fee. That's commen scam.
