我是受QQ投资群误导在金道环球投资有限公司(www.gwfx.hk）开户入金操作外汇的（金道环球投资官网宣称持有英国FCA 监管号：185223，瓦努阿图监管号： 14864，圣文森特和格林纳丁斯注册号为：23763 IBC 2016，香港证监会SFC监管号：AUE994，我看这么多的证照以为是正规国家认可的金融交易商，当时不知道网络炒汇是违法的，百度，搜狗，汇通财经铺天盖地的推广这家公司）,期间每天按直播间老师的操作策略和实时喊单进行下单操作，盈少亏多，后来在2018年12月看到百度贴吧里曝光金道诈骗的帖子后，才幡然醒悟，但已被骗近100万元（其中有3笔，金额：65014.30元是通过九派天下支付有限公司转至北京九购科技有限公司）。后联合百度贴吧里认识的难友15人到深圳南山派出所（金道贵金属在深圳前海金银业贸易场有空挂注册）进行集体报案（2019年2月27日以诈骗正式受理，集体被骗近1676万。受案登记表文号：深南公（南山受案字【2019】33402号），4月15日深圳市公安局南山分局正式立案（案件编号：A4403055100002019026137）。本人2019年3月27日在户籍地浙江嘉兴南湖区新嘉派出所也有报案并以诈骗受理。网上查询得知早在2015年8月24日，湖北省荆门市掇刀区人民法院（2015）鄂掇刀刑初字第00045号刑事判决书（附件：）对金道公司在国内经营行为已经定性为违法行为，对以金道集团营运总裁张某甲为首的相关人员作出犯非法经营罪，判处有期徒刑二年六个月，缓刑四年，并处罚金人民币5000万元，其他人员亦都判刑并罚金。
