称我为恶意投诉？你们自己说下平台是不是出入金产生的问题，或者说针对我账户做的什么，我发邮件又说我发的平台不对，我联系你们的人又一直联系不上。种种原因归根我客户身上。最后把我账户封了是不是事实？我有图有证据。种种事实你说我是恶意投诉。你们种种的丑陋嘴脸我都会一一揭露。

該名客戶已數次惡意投訴，且這次的內容並不符合事實，

CPT已讓客戶全數出金，並無客戶所述的不實內容。

以下為先前內容:

關於客戶半夜無法入金的疑慮，經查明原因為入金通道有缺幣的情況，

先前即告知客戶能申請緊急信用額方案，但客戶發信至錯誤郵箱，

客戶先前信件皆發送至正確的CPT的客服信箱cs@cptmarkets.com，

但此次客戶的信用額申請信件發送至cs@cptmarkets.com.tw，此為發送系統通知信件的郵箱(信件內都有註明請勿直接回覆)。

以至於CPT無法收到客戶的緊急信用額信件申請，

且客戶聲稱自己訂單遭受強平實際上並未有任何訂單遭受強平，查詢交易日誌均為客戶自行手動平倉，

客戶聲稱遭到強平的訂單#23938932、 #23961937、#23962804，可看到並無任何訂單遭受強平

且查詢交易日誌，平倉IP均與開倉IP一致，證明為客戶自行平倉。

CPT竭誠的為客戶提供服務，在半夜幣量不足時也提供客戶申請緊急信用額，

客戶因發錯郵箱導致申請失敗，並多次發信威脅。

基於此我們很遺憾的必須與客戶中止合作關係，且客戶也已於24日出金完成，並沒有不讓客戶出金的情況，謝謝。
