绿地香港5月17日晚间在港交所公告，委任骆蔚峰为执行董事、董事局主席、董事会提名委员会主席及薪酬委员会成员；委任李永强为执行董事及董事会提名委员会成员；陈军辞任执行董事及董事局主席，不再担任董事会提名委员会主席及薪酬委员会成员，并获委任为董事局名誉主席；侯光军辞任执行董事及董事会提名委员会成员；林家礼博士太平绅士辞任独立非执行董事及董事会提名委员会、薪酬委员会及审核委员会各自的成员。上述董事会变动自2024年5月17日起生效。
