利欧股份5月15日公告，浙江证监局决定对董事长兼总经理王相荣给予警告，并处以10万元罚款；对副董事长、董事王壮利给予警告，并处以10万元罚款。
经查明，颜某云系王相荣、王壮利母亲。颜某云证券账户于2023年3月22日、2023年3月24日累计买入公司48.42万股，成交金额123.716万元；于5月30日卖出公司48.42万股，成交金额111.366万元，存在将持有的公司股票买入后六个月内卖出，或者在卖出后六个月内又买入的行为。构成《证券法》第一百八十九条所述的短线交易违法行为。
