本人7月初在rockglobal入金进行黄金外汇操作，交易账号2000276，前期出金都正常，至8月底rockglobal突然发邮件说本人操作有违规单，要扣除盈利。本人询问客户经理，回话说有超过20%的单子没有超过三分钟持仓。我在平台开始做交易的时候，平台没有说过有三分钟以内的单子不给出盈利。并且客户经理和我说任何策略都可以交易。本人当时想平台可能会扣除20%平台认为的违规单。后期客户经理和我说，平台把我所有的资金全部扣除，包括本金。
我询问原因，平台答复是因为客户经理名下还有别的客户也有低于3分钟持仓的单子，但是其他客户已经出金了，所以其他客户的违规要算到我一个人的账户里，本人做交易也有十年时间了，第一次听说这样的解释。后期本人一直联系客户经理和平台协商出金事宜，但是客户经理回话，平台已经不回复他的消息了。本人希望平台尽快处理我的出金。
