本人账户于2023.07.03申请出金866.35美元，
邮件回复安排打款时间是07.05号，
实际到账时间是07.06收到6247.0元
可收到款的第一时间银行卡就被冻结了
去银行解冻，银行查询得知是反诈骗公安系统冻结
去了公安分局派出所查询得知是被广西梧州的公安系统止付，给我冻结了
最终结论就是对方账号涉嫌电信诈骗，我成了被害人，所以冻结了我的卡，也是提醒我不要再次上当受骗。解冻资料通过本地派出所上传到公安系统，异地派出所得到审核通过才能给我解冻。几近周折07.03出金到今天7.20，这笔钱我还是不能用，这种必须曝光。大家不要去玩这种平台，第三方通道如果是诈骗，出金到我们银行卡的钱就是另一个被害人的，这笔钱有可能都不会属于我们。大家切记，不要去玩了。
