平台一开始因为要求高级认证，和信用评级，汇率补差反复要求充值。每次都说之后可以和正常提币一样提取，但等到最后正式提币的时候，又说账户被监管，连币都冻结了拒绝支付。

3月21日平台监管下的币商被怀疑洗钱。因此提币账目由平台出金。一共需要出金47万余，平台要求补3万汇率差后当可汇款。3月22日晚按要求补齐汇率差后，回复需要我申请开通绿色VIP通道需缴纳（15000USDT折合人民币近十万）绿色通道费。并且这个绿色通道不可以取消申请。在这之前已经以为要求缴纳保证金，信用金先后要求充值二十余万。
