7月初经人介绍，我往ShangQuanFX里陆续转了7万多美元作为本金。

8月22日，我第一次申请出金，被拒，理由是让我交20%的风险金，共计4万6千多美元。我和家人好不容易凑齐，账户解冻恢复正常。

8月29日，我第二次申请出金，仍然被拒，理由是我没有交10%的个人所得税。

我并没有拿到我的个人所得，为什么要提前交个人所得税？我多次与平台沟通，未果，平台坚持交了个人所得税才能解冻，恢复我的账户。

现在我要求平台退还我的本金和风险金。
