2021年7月7日平台断线3天导致损失，平台承诺进行赔付，2周内赔付低于5000美金的，我1万6千美金一直以金额大赔付监管在陆续处理，处理快一年时间，每次问对接经理，一直在反馈询问，并没有给到答复，询问平台客服，客服回复已全部进行赔付，FX110上面对接经理回复也全部进行赔付，我的平台却没有进行赔付也不进行说明，平台就这样处理吗，希望总部给一个解释，并做出赔付事项。总部这点钱赔不起吗？
