偶然间QQ上有个自称孔杰助理的人加我QQ，给
我们拉了个群先是推荐股票买卖点，后开通了个
自称宏创基金组织的直播课堂，课上有江开景、
李森、刘勇、孔杰4位讲师最初以讲解股市行情
，比拼投票数，三个月期限结束后票数第一的将
拿到15亿的基金管理权，期限2年，先是孔杰拿
出了个3倍牛股的私募票，继而江开景同样拿出
了个自称超越3倍牛股的比特币盈利计划，继而
孔杰同样也拿出了个比特币盈利计划，诱导投资
者开通FITBELAEPRO账户操作比特币。在周一
至周五早上9点25分到11点30分，13点至15点直
接带单。周一至周四晚上7点半至9点半，周日晚
上7点半至9点半期间直播带操作比特币。自称账
户金额大于5万美金方可参与孔杰的线下带单，
在我的账户快要接近5万美金的时候已经操作出仓.对方助理提示说要次日能到，次日后又说逢周末要周一能到。于是在北京时间2022年
6月12日晚间8点直播带单在27515点附近买多，
买多后在1分钟之内的下跌4000点并快速反拉回
27600点的过程中造成账户爆仓。但是在查询其
他相关平台的过程中2022年6月12日8点比特币的价
格区间均在26890至28094之间波动，严重怀疑
是被平台恶意滑点爆仓了。事后联系对方说老师操作失误.又于6.20号前晚已操作出仓又出现爆仓情况当时北京时间为6.20日22点20584点附近买多，买后2分钟之内下跌16113.7点又快速反拉回，在这过程中造成爆仓.于在其他平台查询的价格在20931点至20590间波动在此反应过来平台被恶意操控.事后助理联系说她的错，言语多次暗示本人在投.甚至借我，到时还她本金，不过也要我投她借我的金额，额度一致并言语多次叫本人借贷
