出个金，一直不到账说几天内到账，等了几天又等几天，继续等几天，每次一问就叫填调查问卷，填完就叫等几天，过几天一问又填调查问卷。现在还说要一个月，一个月不到再另行处理，到一个月我估计又不给，就是在拖延时间。
