你们客服已经不回应我的邮件及信息了，如果我今天内还是收不到自己的出金款项，明天还是会另行开贴，继续投诉到底。

我是在2022年7月11日提交的出金申请，在7月12日账户扣款并收到你们的出金回执邮件。因为我名下两个账户同时收到你们的出金回执共两笔转款（分别是13946.94元以及6000元），今天7月19日没有收到第二笔资金为13946.94元的转账。你们今天上午仅给我转了其中一笔小的款项为6000元。我已经查看了账户，并没有你所说的资金退回交易账户情况。而且昨日，我已经按要求填写了出金问题反馈信息收集表，并邮件给客服，客服昨日回应会展开调查，让我慢慢等待。等到今天仍无任何调查结果反馈。那请问我的资金什么时候能返还？今天是否可承诺返还？要是你们公司出金运营流程一切正常，那为什么到了规定期限不能返还我的资金？

很抱歉，目前我们的出金流程一切正常，没有延迟。如果您是通过银联方式出金，款项从我们这里汇出之后一般1-5个工作日到账。另外，由于您是在北京时间早上9点之后提交的申请，您的款项就会在下一个工作日7月13日汇出，今天（7月19日）才是第五个工作日。
如果在超过了上述的期限后您还没有收到款项的话，麻烦您先查看资金有没有退回您的交易账号，如果没有的话，烦请您发送邮件至support.cn@icmarkets-cs.com，邮件标题【出金超过5个工作日未到账】，邮件内容写您申请出金的日期和金额，我们收到您的邮件后会马上展开调查，查询您这笔资金的走向，感谢您的配合！
