Ngày 4/5 tôi có mở tài khoản ở sàn Starekco và có nạp số tiền khởi đầu là $100 sau đó có giao dịch và có rút ra được là $22.Nhưng người hướng dẫn tôi nói số vốn của tôi quá ít nên không an toàn khi giao dịch và yêu cầu tôi nâng cấp số vốn lên.
Ngày 9/5 tôi có nạp thêm vào là $400 để nâng tông số vốn của tôi lên là $500. Khi nâng vốn thì người hướng dẫn có chỉ tôi đánh theo thị trường nhưng họ vẫn bảo số vốn tôi chưa đủ và họ không đưa lệnh cho tôi giao dịch nữa. Nhận thấy sàn có dấu hiệu không bình thường, thì vào ngày 16/5 tôi có yêu cầu rút sô tiền là $614 nhưng báo là hiện tại chưa đủ giao dịch nên không rút đươc.
Ngày 16/6 tôi vẫn chưa rút được tiền trong tài khoản của và liên hệ với bên wb cũng không thấy họ trả lời. Hiện tại số tiền trong tài khoản tôi có là $4000
Sau đó có gửi email cho sàn nhưng không thấy nhân viên chăm sóc khách hàng bên sàn hỗ trợ.Nên nay mình gửi thông tin lên cho wbmong các bạn hỗ trợ giúp mình liên lạc với sàn Starekco để họ hỗ trợ mình rút tiền!Thank
