我在这家elio international的一个平台注册账号并入金盈利.但在我要求出金转账的时候被告知需要缴纳盈利部分的个人所得税5%.后来我经过朋友的帮忙终于凑齐了税款，平台又以他人转账记录说是有洗黑钱的嫌疑又向我要求缴纳保证金是总金的5%！这明显就是一个黑平台，以各种理由拒绝出金！我附上我的邮件yusilvia1991@gmail.com 有类似经历的朋友可以一起交流讨论
