先说我违规操作让我缴纳保证金才能让我提币缴纳后又说我有20w涉嫌洗钱，我的银行卡状态都是正常的怎么就涉及了，把我整个账户的余额全部冻结了，客服还说不缴纳账户余额清零并移交银监会立案
