本人于去年6月在畅行花借款5000元，今年因西安疫情严重，封城，全部企业停工导致本人资金链断裂，没有收入未还款，畅行花催收打我电话威胁我要骚扰我的朋友、家人胁迫我依此还款，并频繁通过电话、短信等方式骚扰我朋友、家人，严重影响到我的生活，催收人员态度极其恶劣，威胁如不还款将还会持续骚扰其本人朋友、家人，已录音取证。要求畅行花停止暴力催收违法行为，且退还砍头息和高利贷。
