11月22号同时段下了数单黄金单子，均设置了1836止损，其中两个单子到1835位置才打损。联系官网客服处理，邮件回复说了一大堆，说被扫损的单子正确无误。然后我再上官网询问在线客服，客服均已邮件内容官方回复我，说是正常滑点。我同时段下的几个单子有两单被扫损，为什么其他的不会，平台说是正常，如此说设置了止损有什么意义，如果是大资金的操作也这样说辞，客户有什么保障。这个涉及金额不大，就几块钱，也讹不了平台什么，也不是要搞臭平台，但是平台这样处理毫无说服力。平台平时就老卡盘，自己都是亲身体验，身边伙伴也有所体会，关键时刻入不了金补仓，点差突然调高等小动作。我们自身有做过其他平台都会作对比。
