若您的银行卡在出金之后被冻结，我们建议您采取以下措施：
第一步，请联系您的银行和我们IC Markets中文团队
第二步，当您从银行那里了解到是什么原因被冻结以后，采取相应措施。如果您属于【紧急止付】冻结，基本上过了2-3天就会解封。如果您属于【错帐冻结】，基本上是银行打错帐，也是一样过了2-3天就会解封
第三步，如果3-5个工作日您的银行卡还是没有解封，那么这是属于【司法冻结】，需要您去银行柜台，银行会给你警察局的电话，打电话联系警官，配合警官做笔录就可以。如果没有参与什么犯罪案件，大部份的情况跟警官解释一下这些钱是做国外的金融投资的，提供一些交易单，通常会在3-5天内解封。如果警察局没有采纳的话大概要等180天，结案才会自动解封。
如果您没有时间联系银行，我们建议您等待3-5天，银行卡基本会解封，如果5个工作日还没有解封，请您参看第三步，谢谢您的理解与配合。

ic卡盘，无法平仓

ic经常卡盘，其它平台都没事，想平仓却连接不上，换网络都没用，盈利变亏损，恶心死了。

本人IC Markets客户，账户：90030284,2月8号出金，现在2月12号还没到账，已经5天了，期间多次联系客服催促出金，一直敷衍了事，甚至说要等到2月23...

今早开盘，开盘价是1.26776左右，我明明是盈利的，界面却是继续亏损，且界面故意卡住，导致我无法平仓止盈，然后我重新登陆进入平台，我设置的1.2681左右止盈，...

这个出入金通道问题，接触到不干净的资金了，正规合法的资金通道只有银行，开立个人银行账户，收款人和汇款人都是自己的名字，自己给自己转账，就像你从国内中行转到你的建行卡一样

我以前出金也被冻结过银行不会管的你要查询是哪里被冻的问银行经侦电话时间应该不会太久只要不是很严重这其实跟平台没关系第三方原因

见过类似的例子，造成的原因是银行的反洗钱监测系统，认为你某笔资金不明，然后冻结了，你去银行找客服然后提供相关的证明就行了，只要证明这笔钱不是黑钱就行
