8月18日卓德服务器断线，导致我不能平仓，账户损失几千美金，跟客服反馈说公司会安排处理，跟客户经历反馈结果不理我了，到现在还没有给一个说法，这钱到底赔不赔啊，问题是出在你们身上，不应该我承担这个损失啊
