1.本人在2024.5.3日晚间交易，当黄金价格在2310时我进行买涨，但是价格确在2315成交的，成交过后市场行情波动还在2310，并未涨到2315，后续过了几分钟才涨到2315，然后我又在2320做空，但是价格成交价格又变成了2313.42和2314.63，滑点了700个点，行情下到成本价格，我觉得滑点太大想保本出场，价格明明价格在2313，我平仓之后价格缺成交在2318又滑点五百多个点，一来回滑点三次，每次都几百个点的滑点，损失一千多美金，我把这个市场反应给平台，平台确以没有滑点，还有就是我空单建仓价格2320没这个价格为由，实际上是一定到了2320，因为我的多单平仓就在2320。而且市场价格确实到了。

2.后续我一直和平台沟通反应，始终没有回复，2024.5.22日，我手上持有订单，市场价格最低2380.24，但是确将我订单在2380.17止损，我有录屏为证

3，5.24日早，我的账户直接被禁止交易，现在已经申请出金，但是还没有到账

我的诉求两次交易事故，赔付第一次1200美金，第二次账户造成实际损失10676美金共计11876美金
