本人XM账号29104910在3月8日充值4440U在XM平台做黄金理财结果爆仓亏完了，3月10号又充值3630U继续做黄金理财，刚开始盈利几千加账户上有12000多U，3月13号申请出金5000U结果被平台拒绝，平台随便发个邮件以我违法客户协议强制扣除我8600U，前面充值4440亏了就没了，后面刚盈利8600就被平台以违反客户协议强制扣除8600只退还我后面充值3630U。发邮件到平台申诉，要求平台提供我违反证明，投诉好几次官网就回复以邮件通知为准。根本就没有任何资料证明我的账户有问题，就强制扣除我8600美金，你们平台输不起最起码请把我第一本金4440美金退还给我。盈利的4160就当送给你们了。你们平台不处理我就投诉到底，一直曝光你们XM是黑平台行为，增加你们平台投诉量。让更多网友看到你们XM是黑平台。
