每次我下单的时候，交易的时候，我点好几次都下单不了，每次我算好的啥时候涨啥时候跌，，每次都设置好那个数字，等股价波动到了那里的时候我立马下单，立马卖的，结果每次点好几次，每次显示无效平仓，要么就显示服务器错误，服务器未响应，每次都卡好几次，今天让我错过了好几次机会，而且还输了很多钱，这不是你们软件的问题嘛?而且我还是未成年，所以我希望你们可以给我退款，要不然我就投诉你们了。连你们软件也一起投诉了。要不然我就自杀跳楼，反正是你们逼死我的。给我退一半也行。而且还有很多截图没有截到，你们可以联系你们的技术部门，查看一下，是不是好几次服务器有问题今天，这是你们的问题导致了我的损失，这怎么能让我自己承担去，我还是你们的粉丝。对，也有好几次出现这种情况，显示链接不到服务器，无论是链接节点就是开不开加速器，都是这样。开过加速器也是不行，关闭了也是不行就是节点，vpn，每次无论是入金还是平仓，还是下单，都得试10几次才能下单成功。而且每次充钱入金的时候，就是加仓的时候，就是充值保证金，不让强制平仓的时候，你们的系统就是入不了金，入金失败，也导致保证金不足，强制平仓，我每次要加仓成功，保证金要够的话，就不会强制平仓了，你们自己看一下，我每次买的是不是基本都是做多，今天就涨成了什么样，就说昨天晚上是不是涨了。这不是你们系统的问题吗。你们的问题凭啥让我来买单，请求退款，弥补我的损失，而且我已经在外汇天眼上已经投诉，你们这次给我退款了我保证以后不会再找你们的任何麻烦，而且马上撤诉。别说我的截图开了节点，vpn啥的，我都试过了，开了也是一样，不开也是一样的显示。而且退出登录，退出软件，或者检查更新，都是一样的结果，下单的时候，要么出现无效平仓，要么显示，未连接mt4服务器，要么显示交易服务器错误，而且平仓的时候都一样。什么方法都试过了，都好几天了，到了今天还是这样，我也跟你们说过好多次了，在股市里每一秒都很重要吧，每次下单还有平仓，都得重复好几十次才行。请求赔偿我的本金就行
