2023年9月11号一个自称51markets的客户经理周强拉我开户入金，期间拉我进了操作软件里的客户群，群里有分析师带单，跟了几单后有亏损一直在持仓，2024年1月3号晚上，平台就发了一个公告说要退出中国市场，要求所有客户2024年1月6号平仓出金，逾期平台强制平仓，也没有合理的赔付措施，截止2024年1月4号，我账户内保证金充足，持仓安全不会出现意外，按照平台的意思我要平掉亏损的持仓，联系客服也联系不上，目前出金也没有到账，赔付措施也没有，强烈要求平台赔付持仓损失，因为这不是我个人操作已经亏损的，是正在持仓且保证金充足（8000%+，平台强平比例是100%），平台也存在卡盘，滑点，服务器不稳定，出入金延迟等诸多问题，这就是资金盘，通过操作系统造成客损，不然他们怎么在1月6号执行强制平仓客户账户呢，他们就是准备割韭菜，非法占用客户资金，而且入金充值都是私人账户，客服电话也不是本人号，微信也不是本人微信，严格触犯国家“两卡”违法行为，请大家一定要谨慎，也希望平台尽快给予回复并提供合理的处理方案，否则我会依法维护自己的利益。
