本人共投入14.7万元人民币，准备出金时客服说要交纳税金才能到账；106700港币税金已交，等待出金时又让交10%的认证金款才可以到账，等到5月14日问客服问题时，账号已无法登录，直到5月18日账号还是不能正常登录，请问这个平台有问题吗？
